1. TREAT THE SYMPTOMS IMMEDIATELY

3. AIR CONDITIONER WITH FILTERS

An air conditioner with filters is very useful to absorb pollen at home or in your office. Of course, these filters should be cleaned very often wearing protective masks or the cleaning could be delegated to people who do not suffer from pollen allergy / mite or to technicians.
Then avoid installing fans, especially those from the ceiling, which in addition to "raising" the dust, they could spread the pollen throughout a closed environment.

4. DRY CLOTHES IN A CLOSED PLACE

Do not dry the laundry outdoors and always wash your clothes when you return home after a day outdoors in contact with pollen.
Your "pollinated" clothes may come in contact with furniture, carpets, books, curtains, sofas and the mattress itself as it is often used as a "support" for clothes.

5. ANIMALS AWAY FROM THE MATTRESS!

Try to keep, at least during the crucial season for allergies, your pet away from the bedroom, the mattress and the sheets or blankets you use. The pollen may stick to your dog or cat if it lives both inside and outside the home and be transported around your home environment.

6. KEEP CLEAN YOUR PERSONAL SPACE

Regularly remove dust from furniture using a damp cloth in order to collect pollen and dust deposits. Pay attention to the vacuum cleaner! Although it may help to keep clean your home, this can help to lift and spread the allergenic elements. Therefore we suggest its use only if equipped with specific filters.

7. CLOSE THE WINDOWS OF THE CAR

Close the windows of your car when you travel and use air conditioning with a pollen filter aiming the fans away from your face. This will help to limit the presence of pollen inside the vehicle.
