Art makes us beautiful

Art is not only a diversion or a matter of culture and, above all, is not a privilege intended to few. Everyone can and should approach the art because it improves our lives, our mental and physical health, relationships with others and ... it makes us more beautiful!
As an instrument of reflection and evolution, professional and personal inspiration, art elevates our spirit and offers practical ideas to apply in everyday life. Below 7 valid reasons to devote ourselves to the artistic activity.

LIFTS UP THE SPIRIT

The art doesn't pretend to make uninteressing objects fascinating, bringing back the charm in the right place emphasizing what really deserves our appreciation. The art leads us to an elevation of spirit that we all tend to, towards a broader and inclusive perspective. Art is an experience, an inner motion, able to make us feel good spiritually.

IMPROVES SOCIALIZATION

Life is all about relationships and the art increases the capacity of satisfying relationships with others. Practicing artistic activities we will improve our attitudes to be open, available to realtionships and skilled in sharing the beauty.

PREPARE FOR SUCCESS

Art helps kids to unleash their potential. It is a tool useful to develop their skills in terms of creative thinking, self-confidence and problem solving. In a probable interview the resume of a creative person is more likely to be taken into account.

INCREASES CRITICAL SENSE AND SENSIBILITY

Observing a work of art increases our critical faculties and analysis and trains clinical gaze. In fact, in the best American universities it is common practice that students follow courses in fine arts in order to evaluate carefully the cases they will encounter during their future job such as doctors, lawyers and engineers. Appreciating the Arts, you learn to look at everyday objects in a new perspective, paying attention to every detail and this will bring up the daily grind extremely interesting.
Getting closer to the arts with curiosity increases the propensity to question some of our certainties and this broadens our gaze on the world by making visible what was previously invisible. Every aspect of life will be more appreciated because nothing is useless.

MAKES ROOM FOR REFLECTION

Going to exhibitions and observing the works of the artists fills us with wonder and always stimulates useful thoughts about ourselves, about the others and about the world. Even when we fail to appreciate or think "that I could do it myself", we are still pondering and dialoguing with the work and its artist. The stirrings produce, whether we like it or not, a response and a consequent reflection.

KEEPS YOUNG AND ACTIVE

Practicing or discovering the art makes us more responsive. Those who cultivate this passion strengthens their skills keeping body and mind in shape. In the case of the elderly, art is a good tool to make them get in touch with young people on a common fact. Contemplating the Beauty provokes emotions able to act positively on the mind even more than medicines.

GOOD FOR THE MOOD

Contemplating a work of art significantly reduces anxiety and depression. In fact, when we look at masterpieces or we are dedicated to the arts, we release dopamine, a neurotransmitter that regulates the mood. One of the trends of the moment are mostly Mandalas coloring books, because they help to calm the tensions and distract from problems.
