Neck pain , is a disorder that affects a growing number of people of all ages and sex . We are talking about a degenerative disease borne of the intervertebral discs of the cervical spine that with time passing and because of aging it causes a gradual thinning of the bearings positioned between one vertebra and another. In this way , the two neighboring vertebrae , no longer having the damper which modulates the friction , rub between them consuming.

There are several symptoms and there are various causes that lead to pain and to motor discomfort , but there are categories of people more predisposed , such as sedentary , who perform office work , which forces them to spend much time in front of a computer with a high rate of stress.Among other things pains felt in the cervical area, in many cases, reflect on head , shoulders, arms and back creating a real disorder , not only physical , but also emotional . A real condemnation . How to minimize it ? The treatment is clearly consequent to the causes . In most cases it comes to muscle problems , therefore it does not require specific treatment .

There are also non-invasive and simple remedies that help neutralize the pain :
Treat neck pain with yoga exercises , meditation , vegetable oils ,hay tablets , hot stones , black currantsYoga exercises, for example , useful to relax the muscles and also to retrieve a correct posture ;
Meditation, an effective support for those suffering from neck due to stress , which helps to clear the mind giving benefits to the body;
Vegetable oils, such as sweet almond , rice , rosemary and lavender that are highly relaxing and mitigate fatigue (you should use them to practice massage on the sore area);
Thermotherapy, applying, while lying in a moment of relaxation , a cushioned pad with rice or cherry seeds previously heated on a radiator ;
Hay tablets, soothing and with anti-inflammatory properties ;
Hot stones , heated in the oven or on a radiator , to be applied under the neck to relieve the feeling of stiffness and pain in the neck ;
Blackcurrant, known for its benefits on blood circulation but also for the pain-relieving properties;
Proper rest, resulting from the use of adequate support for the neck , such as a anatomicalpillow , with a central depression and which encourages proper traction of the cervical vertebrae , producing a relaxing effect on the muscles of the neck and shoulder area .
