And for those who can not afford constant sessions at specialized centers , there is an alternative : the self-massage to help sleep. It helps to relax mind and muscles , promoting a better sleep . How does it work? It is advisable to do so , before going to bed .Arm yourself with moisturizer and starting from the feet , slowly massaging the plant , making pressure with thumbs and devoting care and attention to the fingers , starting from the big toe. It is recommended to do so with your hands warm, with slow movements , but deep . Go , then, to hands and wrists , performing again a gentle but firm massage , dissolving the joints of the thumb and wrist , manipulating fine palms and devoting attention to the fingers , rubbing them individually.

Last move on the neck , by massaging the neck , alternating hands with which you practice massage.
