Which phenomena affect the psychological reaction to the return to the routine after vacation

For several weeks most people have come back to daily routine , then it is possible that the resumption of normal work is particularly strenuous although they have rested on vacation. Starting again from where you left off becomes exhausting , especially for those who have discontinued the biological rhythm going to bed late at night or undergoing major time zones because of travelingl abroad. Tiredness , lack concentration and more waste than when we started and in many cases are also added headache , fatigue , restlessness , tachycardia , irritability and melancholy.
