IThe transition from one season to another is a very critical period for all those who suffer from insomnia or who are struggling to get a satisfactory rest at night. However, there is food that has the ability to promote relaxation and induce sleep, because it contains tryptophan, a substance that relaxes in a natural way, a precursor of serotonin, which works in synergy with melatonin to promote a good rest.
