Valid alternatives to the products on the market are the DIY scrubs, which can be made with natural products easy to find in every home, for example by mixing salt with olive oil and a teaspoon of honey. You can also add essential oils to make it very pleasant.

Tanning

Proceed gradually by starting with short exposures of a few minutes, on the balcony or in the garden, never forgetting the protection. In this way you will get your body used to the sun rays, avoiding the risk of irritation and burns. Afterwards you will be ready to sunbathe at the beach or in the pool. To keep the tan longer and always have a soft and well-cured body, you could use a light shower gel, for example an apricot that keeps the amber color even on days off from the beach, and remember to spread plenty of moisturizing cream after a shower, better if still wet. In this way you will allow the cream to enter deeper and act more effectively, the hydrated skin is elastic and luminous. But tanning is also favored by food, apricots, squash, carrots, melons, peaches and all foods rich in beta-carotene are ideal for summer sun exposure. Alternatively, opt for red foods such as tomatoes, peppers, strawberries and pink grapefruit.

Face

Without doubt it is among the most delicate parts of the body. In summer it is good not to be too aggressive with the application of creams and make-up, just choose a delicate and moisturizing cream to apply in the morning and evening. For make-up prefer a BB cream or CC cream to the foundation that could be too suffocating for the skin. Finally, pay attention to the protection from ultraviolet rays. Lips

Always wear gloves for household or fatigue work. Never wash your hands with too hot water, always look for a medium temperature, this advice may be also applied when having a shower. Periodically make oil packs, even the olive one is fine. And choose the color of the nail polish according to your age and profession, opting for a lively, serious, refined or fun look.

Feet

Feet awaken after a long slumber in closed shoes, with the hot season they finally see the light with sandals and flip-flops, but salt, heat and atmospheric agents act negatively on them ruining nails and skin, especially the area around the heel. A useful treatment is to soak your feet in a tub of warm water for 10/15 minutes, leaving them to soak with a few drops of argan oil. At the end of the treatment let some cold water flow. It will give relief and well-being to the whole body.
